Reading Vacation

We kicked off Conroe's "Read for a Better Life" by enjoying a reading vacation in class. We also had some parents volunteer their time to join us for a read aloud. Here are a few pics.

Read for a Better Life

Thanks to all the parents who have read with there child this week! Conroe ISD kicked off their Read for a Better Life campaign and both classes enjoyed a Reading Vacation at school on Thursday. I want to thank the parents that volunteered their time to come and read with our Language Arts classes. I will post pictures soon, so please come back to visit our classroom blog! Welcome back!

Welcome back Welch's Grapes! I am excited that we are heading back to school, and I'm ready for a great school year. I'm Mrs. Welch and I teach Language Arts. This is my 9th year of teaching, and my third year at Kaufman. Ms. Ildebrando is my partner, and teaches Math/Science/Social Studies. This is our third year to teach together.
